V3 Hybrid Oil

Hybrid undercoating that offers better durability and is less messy than standard oil-based products

A hybrid blend of lanolin, wax, and oil.

Offers a balance of deep penetration and durability, with less mess and dripping than traditional oil coatings.

Recommended for a wide range of vehicles, including newer ones and those that already show signs of rust.

A more specialized, semi-permanent solution best suited for newer vehicles.

A semi-permanent, oil-based, and water-based blend that cures into a matte-black finish.

Cures to a drip-free, non-tacky coating that is more durable and resistant to environmental wear than V3.

Ideal for newer vehicles with little to no rust. It is applied to exposed undercarriage areas, while a separate oil undercoating is recommended for internal body cavities.

Starting at $1,600
NHOU ® Hybrid remains fluid for 48 hours before forming a permanent semi-solid, hermetic seal. The outer layer is drip-free, while the oil underneath can still creep. Lifetime transferable warranty, required touch ups every 2 years for internal cavities. Only applicable to vehicles 2 years old or newer.
CLEAR OIL

The baseline oil / mineral oil undercoating (in clear or black) used for general protection, including in cavities.

Refined mineral oil base with corrosion inhibitors, engineered to creep into seams, displace moisture, bond to metal; available in clear or black; also used for internal cavities in many NHOU undercoating jobs.

Very good creeping into fine gaps, internal cavities, seams. Acts as a flexible, self-healing barrier (i.e. the oil can migrate to fill micro defects over time).

Good fallback for vehicles with existing rust, internal cavities, or where you want invisible protection (clear) — used as the workhorse oil protection layer.

The standard oil undercoating doesn’t generally come with a “lifetime” warranty the way premium hybrids do; in NHOU applications, the oil undercoating is typically reapplied annually or as part of maintenance.

Very flexible in application: it can be sprayed into tight cavities, seams, and is forgiving of less-than-perfect substrate prep (though prep always helps). More tolerant of incremental touch-ups.
